Silversmithing
Discover the art of silversmithing in this hands-on, one-day workshop led by Cheyenne Sky Studios. You’ll learn essential metalsmithing techniques and leave with a handcrafted sterling silver ring, pendant, or wrist cuff – customized with a gemstone cabochon.
What You’ll Learn:
- Ring sizing and forming
- Soldering and bezel creation
- Bezel setting, filing, and sanding
- Applying patina and polishing techniques
What’s Included:
- Expert instruction and guidance
- Use of all necessary tools and equipment
- Access to a wide selection of sterling silver and gemstones (Materials are not included in the class fee. Upon arrival, you’ll select your preferred metal, stone, and any additional design elements. Material costs range from $30–$150 plus tax, payable at the start of the workshop.)
No prior experience needed – just bring your creativity! Ages 16–17 must be accompanied by an adult. Space is limited.
