Incubator Services

Welcome to our business incubator, where we offer a business-friendly environment that supports entrepreneurs in starting and growing their businesses. Oklahoma is known for being a state that fosters business growth, and our incubator takes that a step further by offering a wide range of resources and services designed to accelerate the success and development of your startup.

One of the benefits of our incubator is the graduated rental rates for office and light manufacturing space. Since rental rates begin significantly below market rate, the cost of occupancy gradually increases, as your business matures and grows, allowing you to manage your cash flow more effectively. Additionally, tenants are exempt from state tax liability for up to ten years on income earned as a result of incubator occupancy.

Our incubator program offers a wide range of resources, including free business consulting services, small business workshops, education, training, mentorship, and more. We believe in cooperative self-reliance, which means that we work with our tenants to provide them with the support they need to succeed.

Our certified incubator facilities offer distinct advantages for qualified businesses. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your business to the next level, our incubator can help you achieve your goals faster and with less risk.

So, if you’re in the process of nurturing and “hatching” your new business, we encourage you to contact us to schedule a meeting and learn more about this one-of-a-kind opportunity. Let us help you accelerate your success and achieve your dreams!

A business development group serves as a board of advisors for our incubator space.
