Here you have the opportunity to study patrol tactics, firearm safety, tactical communication, forensic science, jailing, dispatch, how to handle traffic stops, write reports, and receive calls for service, equipping you with the skills and knowledge to pursue a fulfilling career in the field of justice and make a real difference in your community.

If you are interested in protecting people from criminal activity, identifying offences, helping ensure justice for crime victims, and rehabilitating criminals, this class puts you on the right path. You will study a wide range of training from simple patrol operations to crime scene investigation.
Since this class is run according to industry standards in a para-military style, students will hold a variety of ranks and responsibilities. Students must wear a class uniform and obtain black duty boots and tactical pants. Physical activity is part of the course. Students supply their own proper attire and works gloves for physical exercise.

While the annual median pay for a security guard is $37,090, dispatchers make an average of $48,890. For those who pursue a career as a police officer, the average annual salary is $74,910.
Graduates of this program pursue various career paths, such as becoming security guards, dispatchers, jailers, or detention officers. Upon reaching 21, many opt for the police academy or federal positions. Additionally, some choose to further their education by attending college and pursuing higher degrees.
