Last month, Network Security & Administration students had the opportunity to participate in the inaugural @tulsacc Cyber Security Competition. Students are grateful for the valuable experience to showcase their skills and knowledge in the field of cybersecurity that this competition allowed.
Congratulations Selena Sanchez and Zach Sandmeyer from our Sapulpa campus in receiving 1st place as well as Kambriea Ritter and Trinity Hinshaw from our Drumright campus in placing 2nd!

Network Security students from Sapulpa recently organized and ran the 7th Annual STEAM Con Steampunk Pop Culture Convention at the Sapulpa Library. They hosted a Super Smash Bros tournament, helped vendors set up their booths, and managed children`s attractions.

This Fall Break, Network Security and Criminal Justice students from the Sapulpa campus volunteered at Hallowzooeen at the Tulsa Zoo, assisting zoo patrons with carnival games, boarding the haunted train ride, and the pumpkin patch. The event drew an estimated 26,431 attendees throughout October.

Automotive Technology class was hosted at Hallett Motor Racing Circuit last week. Co-owner Jennifer Stephens gave a short safety meeting and set students free to visit the garage where they build and repair Ford Spec race cars. They were able to talk with mechanics and drivers, see the shop, and practice sessions on the track for various kinds of cars. Students went through the under track tunnel while cars roared overhead and visited the track cafe for snacks and souvenirs. Thank you for hosting our students!
